With lentils, fries, avocado, tomatoes, cheese, onion, chilli, basil, aceto balsamico, salt, pepper, spiceys like coriander, smoked paprika, curcuma.

Potatoes are air fried for 30 minutes, all other ingredients chopped and mixed. Finally mix the warm fries with all ingredients and enjoy a spi cey healthy salad.

Apple Pie

1,5 kg apples, 3 eggs, 125 g sugar, 125 g butter, 2 tsp baking powder, 250 g flour, 55 minutes 200°C ulh

Pictures are showing the order of the preparation. After peeling, choping the apples, mix all at first all wet ingredients together and add the flour and baking powder for another all-together-mix. After the baking time you can optionally add butter, sugar and cinnamon on the top of the pie. Bake then for more 10 minutes. Before serving the cold pie, give a nice look with whipped cream.
